Foster and Ince Cruise Services operates a web application that helps coordinate tour arrangements with the vendors and venues participating in those tours. As part of this service, Foster and Ince Cruise Services uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to send operational notifications to tour vendors and venues.
This application does not process or store individual guest or passenger information. The application receives and uses only aggregate guest numbers, such as the number of adults, children, and escorts scheduled to attend a particular venue.

These figures are aggregate numbers only.
Guest information
The application does not receive, collect, process, or store individual guest information.
In particular, the application does not process:
Guest names
Guest email addresses
Guest telephone numbers
Guest passport or identification information
Individual guest booking information
Individual guest contact information
The application only receives the aggregate numbers necessary to notify a venue of its expected attendance.
2. How We Use Information
Foster and Ince Cruise Services uses the information in the application solely for the operation and administration of its tour notification service.
This includes:
Identifying the appropriate vendor or venue to contact.
Sending vendors and venues notifications about scheduled tour visits.
Communicating the expected number of guests attending a venue.
Communicating the scheduled date and time of a visit.
Sending operational notifications through WhatsApp.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform
Foster and Ince Cruise Services uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to deliver operational notifications to tour vendors and venues.
A WhatsApp notification may contain:
The scheduled date and time of a visit
The relevant venue or tour information
The aggregate number of adults
The aggregate number of children
The aggregate number of escorts
The notification does not contain individual guest names or individual guest contact information.
The WhatsApp telephone number of the relevant vendor or venue contact is used to address the notification.
Meta/WhatsApp may process information in accordance with its own applicable terms and privacy policies.
4. Email Notifications
Foster and Ince Cruise Services may also send operational notifications to vendors and venues by email.
Email addresses used for these notifications are stored in Foster and Ince Cruise Services' application database.
The application does not maintain a separate sent-mail archive for these operational notification emails.
5. Where Information Is Stored
Vendor and venue contact information and the operational information required to send notifications are stored in a cloud-hosted, MySQL-compatible database operated for Foster and Ince Cruise Services' application.
Access to the application and database is restricted to authorized personnel.
6. Who Has Access to Information
Information within the application may be accessed by:
Authorized employees and personnel of Foster and Ince Cruise Services Inc.
Authorized staff of approved tour companies where access is necessary for the operation of the service.
Technology and infrastructure providers required to operate the application.
Communication service providers, including Meta/WhatsApp and email delivery providers, where necessary to deliver notifications.
Foster and Ince Cruise Services does not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Data Retention
Foster and Ince Cruise Services retains vendor and venue contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate its tour services and maintain an effective relationship with the relevant vendor or venue.
Operational tour information may be retained as necessary for business, accounting, operational, legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.
When personal information is no longer required, Foster and Ince Cruise Services may delete or anonymize it.

An individual may request deletion of personal information that Foster and Ince Cruise Services holds about them.
